  Hello,

  I’m writing regarding my order placed on April 1. Unfortunately, I have not received the bike, and FedEx has confirmed that the package has been lost and has already closed the case.

  At this point, I would like to resolve this directly with you. As the shipper, Hikeep is responsible for ensuring the product is delivered or for issuing a replacement or refund when it is not.

  Please confirm whether you will be sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. If I do not receive a resolution within a reasonable timeframe, I will need to pursue further action through my payment provider or other appropriate channels.

  I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

  Hi is it possible to pick up the bike directly from your warehouse in Fullerton California? I need the bike in two days. Can I purchase directly from the warehouse? If so what is the phone number and address?
