Q:How do I reset my Hikeep Ebike?

A:Hello, DEF is the option to restore factory default parameter settings. dEF-Y indicates that default parameters need to be restored, while dEF-N indicates that default parameters do not need to be restored. Under the condition of 0 speed on the main interface, press and hold the "headlight button switch" and "+" keys for more than 2 seconds to enter the interface for restoring factory default parameters. Use the short button "+/-" to switch. If Y is selected, press the short button "i" to confirm. The instrument panel will display dEF-0 for a period of time and automatically start restoring factory default settings. After the restoration is completed, it will automatically exit and return to the normal display interface.

Holding the headlight button and + button for 2 seconds is not pulling up the DEF screen. How do you get the def setting to come up.
