Hello, after fully unlocking, you need to apply force in the direction indicated by my arrow. This is because it is secured with a snap-fit design. If it doesn’t work, you can try firmly tapping it with your palm to apply more force, gradually increasing the intensity as you try. The battery cannot be removed by simply pulling it upward.

For safety reasons, when properly installed, it requires considerable force to remove it.
